The Problem

The Challenge

A B2B fintech startup had a strong content strategy — publishing one in-depth blog post per week — but couldn't keep up with the demand for social media content, email newsletters, and ad copy. The content marketer was spending 3 days per week manually repurposing each blog into LinkedIn posts, tweets, and email snippets. Quality was inconsistent, posting schedules were erratic, and they were leaving massive distribution value on the table. The CMO wanted 10x the output without 10x the team.

How We Fixed It

Our Solution

1

Set up a WordPress webhook that triggers a Make.com scenario whenever a new blog post is published, pulling the full post content, title, meta description, and featured image.

2

Built a multi-prompt Claude pipeline: one prompt extracts the 5 key insights from the blog, another generates 5 distinct LinkedIn posts (each with a different angle, hook, and CTA), another creates 3 tweet threads with engagement-optimized formatting.

3

Added newsletter generation: Claude produces a 150-word newsletter snippet that summarizes the blog with a compelling read-more CTA, formatted for Mailchimp.

4

Created an ad copy module: 2 variations of LinkedIn/Facebook ad copy with different hooks and CTAs, optimized for different audience segments.

5

All 11 content pieces are staged in Airtable with status tracking, edit links, and scheduled publish dates for human review before going live.

6

Approved content auto-schedules via Buffer (social) and Mailchimp (email) based on optimal posting times for each platform.
